THE TIGER'S GROWING TALE

Tiger Optics presents a significant advance for trace measurement in UHP inert, toxic, and corrosive gases. Based on Cavity Ring-Down Spectroscopy (CRDS), the LaserTrace™ is the first multi-species, multi-point, multi-gas analyzer. Its split-architecture design offers versatility not found in other devices.

By using fiber optic connections to link the control module with multiple sensor modules, the LaserTrace™ can save space and cost, while providing multi-point measurements. Plus, our dedicated sensor modules guarantee continuous monitoring of up to four sample streams. Designed by experienced instrument engineers familiar with your applications, the LaserTrace™ offers state-of-the-art detection in milliseconds, with absolute accuracy on an array of species, including H2O, CH4, CO, CO2, NH3, and HF. Up to four sensor modules fit in a 19" rack-mount, or as an alternative, you can situate them individually, and remotely as far as 200 feet away from the computerized control unit.

With its corrosion-resistant flow system, robust design, flexible software, touch screen and advanced sensing system, the LaserTrace™ lends itself to numerous applications, from gas cylinder filling to on-line bulk gas analysis. It affords a wide range of detections, from 200 parts-per-trillion (ppt) to 0.1 percent, depending on the target analyte. Moreover, it has virtually no moving parts or consumables and never needs calibration. In fact, the instrument can self-verify its accuracy in just minutes with a built-in "zero-check." In sum, the LaserTrace™ delivers:

• Sensing of up to four different species, at four different points, on four different gases
• Understandable gas data and trending
• Sensitivity as low as 100 ppt with very high accuracy
• LDL as low as 200 ppt LDL
• Freedom from calibration, with user-set performance verification
• Very wide dynamic range
• Rapid response
• Accelerated clean-up time with upset recovery from ppm levels in minutes.

Your LaserTrace™ works right out of the box, with no field calibration or factory support required.
