Director of Sales & Marketing

Tiger Optics is currently in search of a high caliber, experienced Director of Sales & Marketing, with proven ability to manage global sales channels, build and inspire the team, and drive profitable growth. The Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for planning, developing, directing and coordinating all aspects of selling and marketing at Tiger Optics. This is a fast-paced leadership role requiring coordination with our sales and marketing team, global distribution channels, key accounts, and executive management team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Achieve targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth, globally
  • Cultivate relationships with customers, manage our sales distribution network, and provide guidance and coaching to Regional Sales & Product Managers
  • Manage and measure sales performance through use of key performance indicators; set sales goals and quotas, build sales plans, analyze data, assign sales training and territories, and mentor sales team to achieve goals
  • Expand our direct Sales team
  • Develop and execute strategic Sales and Marketing plans, and contribute to product development roadmap
  • Participate in relevant exhibitions and conferences, both locally and internationally

Job Requirements:

  • The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Management, with knowledge of analytical instrumentation and the Gas, Chemical and/or Semiconductor industries
  • Strong organizational, planning, presentation and time management skills
  • Sales Recruitment experience
  • Candidate must be results-driven with proven ability to sell and project a positive, professional attitude
  • Travel required up to 50%
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience working within multicultural, geographically dispersed teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
  • CRM competence
  • Home office is acceptable
